Vintage Black Net Fascinator with White Roses Hat 

Gently Used - One Size Fits All

 This is a net Fascinator just sits on top of your head decorated with 3 white artificial roses and 3 velvet bows down the back.  I have a large head and it would fit me.  The net has been stored all crumpled up and needs to be reshaped. But it does not have any obvious damage.
