This is Walt Disney's Story of Davy Crockett book and record from 1971. Disneyland record #360.
The front has a mark in wax pencil with says "45". The cover is slightly worn. There is a bit of a bend in the top right corner (see picture). The front title page has a "from the library of" sticker and a classroom written in pen on the top right.
The record seems to be in good condition but is *not tested*.
