Item description for Vintage Sweet 16 Birthday Bracelet Charm Sterling Silver Beaucraft

This is an adorable Sweet Sixteen Birthday charm made by Beaucraft. The front of the oval charm is decorated with the numeral 16 with the word Sweet spelled out in a rectangular box on top of the number. The center number is framed with filigree textured swirls. It is signed on the back with “Beau – Sterling”. Beaucraft was located in Providence, Rhode Island. It existed from 1947 to 2004. This charm is on the original display card with the logo of the letter B as a stylized bow in the word “Beau”. The front of the card has “Sterling Silver by Beau ®” and the original price of $12.00. The back has the number 058 674 100 and Made in USA. It measures approximately 7/8 of an inch tall and 5/8 of an inch wide. This is most likely from the 1970s to 1980s.

This charm is in excellent vintage condition as you can see by the enlarged photographs. It has never been used and is on the original card. I did not remove it from the card for the photos, just tilted the card to take the pictures. I did list it as used, because it is vintage not new. I have not polished it as many people prefer the patina that only comes with age. I will leave any polishing up to you. Please look at the photos as they are part of the description and show the details better than I can describe.

This would be perfect for anyone with a charm bracelet. What a fun gift it would make for a a daughter or friend who is turning sixteen years old. It could also be worn as a pendant on a necklace.
