Orville was the son of Howard Calhoon and his wife Ida Elkins Calhoon of Loveland, Colorado. (A photo of them has been added separately to our inventory.) Comments: These photos originally came in a Calhoon family collection of images (sold individually) which included: Albert A. Calhoon (taken in a studio in Hubbard, Iowa); his wife Eliza Reed Calhoon (taken in Des Moines, Iowa); their son Walter Wight Calhoon; Howard Calhoon and his wife Ida Elkins who resided in Loveland, Colorado; their son Orville Calhoon (taken in Denver, Colorado); Chris Miller and his wife Emma Calhoon; Everett Calhoon and sister (taken in Norton, Kansas and identified as the children of Channing Calhoon and his wife Ida Peterson; and Ida Calhoon.
