For your consideration is a set of 5 Wm Rogers state seal spoons.  These are silver plated and have the eagle on top.  Set includes California, New York, New Jersey, Illinois, and Texas.  They do have wear.  Bowl is pitted a little as shown and the back of the bowl has some plate loss, however the seal part looks great.  All 5 in this lot.
