The lotion should be applied thinly and evenly to the affected areas Avoid getting the lotion in the eyes, or in contact with the inside of the mouth or nose. Wash your hands thoroughly after applying this lotion, unless the hands are the area being treated. Warning: Do not scrape or scratch the skin before applying. Discontinue using the drug if intense dry of skin or irritation occurred. Prolonged use of the drug with salicylic acid may cause salicylism. Keep the drug out of reach of children. Keep in cool place and avoid direct sunlight.
