This book was issued to automobile dealers so that they know the ropes regarding dealer tags, tranferring registration to new car from old car, new registratrion, costs involved, how to become a notary, and the motor vehicle forms in Pennsylvania, etc. in 1953. The rules haven't changed that much. Except for some aging of the cover and a smudge or two the book is in excellent condition. It has 100 numbered pages and measures 9 inches x 6 inches. PA issued a motor vehicle code as well which is a different book. This was primarily for dealers who sold cars, traded cars and financed motor vehicles.
