If you look in the DTE-DCE switch hole in one of them the top of the switch is gone, so you may have to solder the contacts to set for DTE or DCE
The other one looks fine
Sold as you see them.
Untested but we will guarantee at least one is good (and the other prob is if you deal with the switch)
