The idea of a humidor case is to keep the unique aroma, oils and essence of each type of cigar from blending with other cigars. A cigar's taste is unique unto itself. Storing cigars together, even the same brand, changes them. This is essentially a small version of a cigar store back room where the individual boxes of cigars are kept humidified. This is their large version in smoked brown plexiglass and gold metal hardware. This is aficionado/professional level stuff. The interior base of the box has a removable black stand where your humidification system of choice resides(large sponge, a pan of water or modern humidifier packs). This has 6 breathing holes on each side and the door has purposeful gaps at each side. You could likely plug most of the holes on the sides and do just fine. The full width front door closes flush and is lockable. The tensioned door support arm holds the door shut even if unlocked. The lower left foot at the base was repaired years ago and is just cosmetic at this point. It's not noticeable unless you are looking for it. This is in excellent condition overall with various small blemishes that would be expected. This is a very unique piece of equipment. No one else makes anything like this.
