Offering a charming nautical sailboat watercolor collage with U.S. postage stamps by listed artist M. Barnsbee, New York Artist (1892-1980)
11 of her other collage watercolors are in the Mystic Seaport Museum, Mystic, Connecticut.
In private hands since the 1960's.

Condition-Old mat needs replacing but painting looks fine. The little visible specks seem to be dirt under the glass not the art itself.
Painting Measures approximately 6 1/8 inches long X approximately 4 1/3 inches wide.
Painting in black wood frame Measures approximately 11 inches long X approximately 8 3/4 inches wide.
