Plasticville USA pink MOTEL parts in box O & and 50 similar items

You get the four motel walls with all doors and windows intact, the roof, the sidewalk with 3 paper bushes. One bush has come off and it looks like they are/were glued in place. The plastic parts are in great condition, though may have some soiling. The box has one flap completely torn off, many other tears all around. The lid is creased at the corner, torn in half, torn off, but included. No cars are included. Comes in happy mid-century pink. Returns accepted, see profile for details.
