Used Power Tested Vintage IBM 3101 23 Display Terminal CRT and Keyboard AS-IS Item is AS-IS NO Warranty Additional Information: The following is what we experienced while inspecting this item. There is no guarantee that this item will function when you receive it; however we will do our best to description the item and what occurred during our time with it. This IBM 3101 Terminal System was able to power on and display text on screen The screen has burn-in, but its not very noticeable when the system is on. Screen filled up with characters in normal mode and the keyboard seem to only beep However in test mode the keyboard could be tested and most of the keys responded correctly The function keys on the left side didn't all respond and a few were stuck in the down position. Now the bad news At some point, the cable coming from the keyboard was cut I was able to repair the cable, its not pretty but it seems to be working. Keyboard is very dirty and needs a deep cleaning. And much of the plastic cover under the keys has broken or cracked. Was able to find the Maintenance guide, so it is possible that the cable could be repaired This listing includes the Keyboard, Terminal Station and the Terminal Display CRT. This system up is from 1982.
