Essity Actimove Physiopack Reusable Hot/Cold Bag 12cm x 29cm is a gel bag suitable for use: - hot for muscle pain, inflammation and arthritis, muscle stiffness, - Cold for traumatic injuries, inflammation, muscle spasms, osteoarthritis or during rehabilitation. Whether cooled or heated, it always remains flexible. It has a cover that prevents direct contact with the skin. Read the manual before use. In the cold application: prohibited in circulatory disorders, Raynaud's disease, cryoglobulinemia, paroxysmal hemoglobinuria in cold and cold urticaria.
