The item is made by Royal Winton Grimwades of England. The pitcher has a hand painted decoration of flowers (see photos). The artist has signed the piece with initials on the underside of the base (see photos). The item is marked by the maker, Royal Winton, on the underside of the base (see photos). The pitcher has a lustre / luster finish over the hand painted flowers. The item measures in total about 8.75 inches high, and it measures about 6 inches wide from the handle to the spout. The item has some crazing, and minimal wear (see photos and / or written description for the condition of this item).
