Rare 11-piece coffee/tea set for two in excellent condition, great color, no damage or wear on any of the pieces other than a slight discoloration of some of the bottom rings where the pieces may have been sitting on a shelf for display. These pieces were given exclusively to distinguished Avon representatives as awards for _X_ number of sales from what I understand and were never available to the general public for sale. Produced by Currier and Ives, each piece except the saucers features an iconic "Old Grist Mill" winter scene. Set includes: Coffee/Tea pot and lid Sugar bowl and lid Creamer pitcher Coffee/Tea cups (2) 5.5" saucers (2) 8" snack plate (2) The set is probably intended for display and not for actual use, though if it were to be used, the pot looks to be about 2-quart capacity, or 6-cup at the least.
