This is Flying Kites On A Spring Day, plate 2 in the China's Imperial palace: The Forbidden City set, issued in 1990, and featuring the artwork of Sheng Fu. Plate measure 8 5/8" in diameter. This is for the plate. with original box and paperwork. Plate is in excellent condition, no chips, cracks, scratches or repairs, the box shows some wear.
