Item description
This unique Pound Cake Pan has a removable Center Tube Insert, to produce pound cakes with a horizontal hollow core.
This hollow core can then be filled with a wide variety of fillings, such as such marmalades, buttercream, ganache, mousse and creams.
Preparation:
Grease the mold and tube.
Fill the mold with cake batter.
Slide across the top to seal the batter inside, this will achieve a finished pound cake has a perfectly flat bottom.
Bake cake as directed.
When removing the mold, let it cool down and gently turn the tube before removing it.
Unmold and garnish cavity with desired fillings.
Dimensions: 10" length, 3 1/8" width, 3 1/8" height (250 x 80 x 80mm), slightly tapered sides.
