Professionally framed in a wood frame with brass corner pieces
Signed by the artist R. Markwood
The frame measures about 14 inches by 12 inches
The canvas measures 8 inches by 10 inches
Comes with an appraisal certificate from the 1980's'
Hook on back for hanging
Good overall condition. The wood frame has some nicks and scratches but nothing that can't be remedied with some wood oil or scratch cover. The painting itself has a couple tiny marks on the upper left corner but these may come off easily - no attempt has been made. They are not serious. The photos are useful for seeing condition and other details. Photos are of the actual item you will receive.
