" and then you die" The Vulture is back and preying on the grave of Heather Glenn!
Matt Murdock visits Heather's grave and finds the Vulture trying to steal her jewels, leading to a brief fight where the villain escapes. At his law firm, Foggy Nelson berates Matt for their failing practice and his perceived failures, then heads to the roof, seemingly contemplating suicide, where the Vulture appears to manipulate him. Daredevil intervenes, battles the Vulture again, and defeats him in the dark, reaffirming his own will to live.
