Very Pretty Dugan Ruffled Fluted Bowl in a Pale Marigold Carnival Glass in the Windflower Design. Smooth on the outside and a raised tulip design inside with a column ribbon pattern. Measures 8 1/2" top diameter and 2" tall. The pattern is opalescent in the light. Carnival glass is one of the most beautiful collector's items.
