Mercury Cougar: 1999-2002 ADDITIONAL INFO This can be mounted either vertically (V) or horizontally (H). There is an adjustment 'arc' on one, or possibly both, end(s) of the unit. Please make sure you check the position of the pin-head. If it does not match your mounting position, you'll need to move it with a pick, awl, or other fine-pointed instrument.
