Sichuan pepper origin, premium quality, in real life it is a rare berry that takes its name from its origin of Sichuan in China.
This premium-quality Sichuan Pepper has a unique flavour that is slightly spicy and warm in the mouth with a lemon flavour. It produces an anestheting sensation of tingling on the tongue very surprising.
Use in combination with star anise, ginger and especially red pepper. does not support cooking, to be added on the dishes at the end of cooking or at the table in a mill.
Sichuan berries are a perfect seasoning for crudites, melons and meats.
Sichuan berries are among the oldest and best known spices in China. In the past, teas and infusions were used to flavour, and this is still the case today.
Sold in bulk in a cool bag with zip to preserve freshness for longer. it's up to you to choose the mill that's right for you.

USE IDEA:
CHOCOLATE AND SICHUAN PEPPER FONDANT RECIPE
Ingredients for 8 mini melts:
1 tbsp flour
2 tbsp. Sichuan Pepper
6 eggs
120g sugar
120g butter
200g full-bodied chocolate (64% cocoa min.)
Preparation:
For baking, first Preheat oven to 200 c
Melt the chocolate and butter. Mix. Add the sugar, the egg yolks (reserve the whites) and the flour to the preparation.
Lightly crush the Sichuan Pepper grains with a rolling pin before adding them to the preparation.
Beat the whites in firm snow and gently incorporate them into the preparation.
Pour the mixture into individual molds, previously buttered and bake for 10 minutes.
For microwave cooking: take about 4 minutes to 900 Watts.
