The French Empire Wall Sconces are a pair of medium-sized antique original fixtures from the late 19th century. Made of bronze with a gold color, these French Empire style sconces feature an arrow and medusa design. Originating from France, these sconces add a touch of elegance and history to any room with their intricate detailing and classic design. Perfect for those looking to enhance their space with a piece of vintage sophistication. Excellent detailing in the feathers of the arrow Medusa's head, the open mouth of a dolphin begins each arm with flourishes and each candle holder is ribbed. Appears to have a foundry mark on the back of each.
