Esta pieza meticulosamente elaborada rinde homenaje al canton de Lucerna en el año 1814, una epoca en que Suiza estaba solidificando su identidad despues de los trastornos de la era napoleonica. En el reverso, encontramos el majestuoso escudo de armas coronado de Lucerna, intrincadamente enmarcado por ramas de olivo que simbolizan la paz y la prosperidad. El año 1814 marca el período poco despues del Acta de Mediacion, cuando Lucerna se establecio una vez mas como uno de los cantones prominentes de la Confederacion Suiza, desempeñando un papel clave en la restauracion post-napoleonica de la soberanía cantonal.
El anverso representa a un alabardero confiado con atuendo renacentista completo, orgullosamente de pie junto a un escudo inscrito con "XIX CANT", una referencia a los diecinueve cantones que formaron la Confederacion Suiza en ese momento. La inscripcion "SCHWEIZER EIDSGENOSSEN" enfatiza el tema de la unidad y la alianza federal. Esta pieza es una restriccion moderna, que replica cuidadosamente la estetica y el sentimiento patriotico de las monedas cantonales suizas de principios del siglo XIX. Una excelente adicion para coleccionistas con un enfoque en el simbolismo helvetico, la identidad federal y la herencia suiza posrevolucionaria temprana.
