Cette piece finement detaillee commemore la piece portoricaine de 20 centavos de 1895, emise sous le regne du roi Alphonse XIII d'Espagne. L'avers presente un buste jeune d'Alphonse XIII entoure de la legende "ALFONSO XIII P. L. G. D. D. REY C. DE ESPAÑA", soulignant sa position de monarque constitutionnel de l'Espagne et de ses territoires d'outre-mer, y compris Porto Rico. Le revers porte les armoiries royales espagnoles, flanquees des piliers d?Hercule et de la devise « Plus Ultra », symbolisant les aspirations imperiales de l?Espagne. Cette conception reflete une intersection unique de l'histoire coloniale et de l'art numismatique.Bien qu'il s'agisse d'une restriction moderne, elle conserve toute l'elegance et le poids historique de l'emission originale, offrant aux collectionneurs la chance de posseder une reproduction fidele d'une piece des dernieres annees de la domination espagnole dans les Caraïbes.
