New turbine and compressor seals for IHI RHF5H turbocharger – Subaru Legacy-GT Outback. These are the piston ring type seals which are on the turbine and compressor ends of the shaft/wheel assembly. When these seals are worn, excessive oil consumption and oil burning will result. Additionally, oil leaking into the turbine housing may result in residue build-up thus hampering turbocharger performance. These parts are often the first to wear out in a turbo.
