Items received after the deadline will be donated to charity, and no refund will be issued. Any item shipped without a Return Authorization Code will receive store credit. You must request a Return Authorization form within 5 days of delivery

Delicate or extremely fragile items

Products damaged in transit. Should any package show damage upon delivery, or if the contents are broken or damaged, please contact the carrier to file a claim. The carrier will then send a refund to you.

Buyer lists “Not as Described” as the reason for return. Unless a listing description is grossly inaccurate, we will not accept any returns listed as “Not as Described.”

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 10 business days. If you have not received a refund after 11 business days, please contact your bank or credit card company as it may take several days before your refund is officially posted. Shipping costs are not refundable.
