It has no copyright date on it, and was published by Carl Simon, Musikerlag, in Berlin SW. It is in good condition, for its age. The cover pages have many small tears, as do the pages. There are also some scuffs and light stains on the cover and pages. The music is 5 pages long. There are many tears and creases along the edges, and there are pencil notations throughout the music and on the cover. The cover pages are on the verge of being torn away from each other. This is a great, very old piece of sheet music in need of some TLC, and still a great find.
