Vintage Color Photo Postcard, Protestant Chapel, Air Force Academy, VG COND You are bidding on this nice color photo postcard. The postcard is Protestant Chapel at Night, U. S. Air Force Acaemy, near Colorado Springs, Colorado. The postcard is in good condition, with some light wear at the corners and edges, and some light stains and yellowing on the back. The discoloration in the photo is a reflection, and is not any discoloration actually on the postcard. The postcard is unused postally, and has a caption on the back that reads; Each chapel has its individual architectural characteristics with glass texture, materials and colors supporting the religious service for which designed. The Protestant Chapel is enclosed by aluminum tetrahedrons converging 95 feet above the terrazzo floor and separated by a tracery of inch thick cast, stained glass. Above the Holy Table floats a 46 foot aluminum cross... It is 4” by 6”, and is a nice color photo postcard.
