Handling Repair time: Once we recieve your unit the repairs are typically done same/next day and then its returned.'s listed handling time is longer because we have to account for all our customers handling time to ship to us, the repair and then the shipping back. Basically the under hood fuse box with the little silver box attached. Please leave all relays and fuses intact. Package your unit up securely and include a note with your name, return address your symptoms. Please be as detailed as possible of the issue's your having and also what you have done already to determine the fuse box is failing. You do not need to send the top and its a good idea to remove the mounting bracket. Purchase listing and mail us your unit. The mailing address will be provided after purchase. Once package is received repairs are generally completed in 24-48hrs. Then the unit is sent back USPS Priority 2 day. You recieve your original part that has been fully tested with any needed repairs done. Just PLUG IN GO. IF YOUR FCM/IPM IS NOT AT FAULT: Before using this service please be sure you or your mechanic have diagnosed your problems to be related to your SJB.
