This is a cool old book. I think it may be the first edition too, but not positive, as I could only find 1912 and 1919 as the other issues. If your into the old time stuff with the practical shipyard knowledge on inspectors examinations, then this would be a good reference or read or even book on the shelf! Is mostly written text, but are some pages of graphical interest.
This book has seen better days , however with that being said it is mostly on the outside. Exterior is a cloth with tattered edges and corners with a much darker spine from handling and being exposed on a bookshelf with some stains as well. Interior is good but does have the typical discoloration of the pages, with them being slightly darker on the edges, and pencil markings on the very first page. Back interior spine, is torn from teh paper, and there are a few areas within where the spine is broken (which means opens easily).
Book measures 5x7.5x1"
