West Virginia Farm Bureau Official Delegate Ribbon from the Twentieth Annual Meeting in Jackson's Mill from August 8-10, 1938. This ribbon is attached to a plastic pin-back name plate that measures 2 inches by 3/4 inch. The handwritten name appears to be M. B. Boltan Barbour. The back of the ribbon that is attached to the pin is stamped in gold with St. Louis Button Co. The fringed ribbon is 3-1/2 inches long and 1-1/2 inches wide. It is grayish in color with a dark blue back and has gold lettering. Good vintage condition with wrinkles, creases and some age spots. Great ribbon for a collector of vintage Farm Bureau memorabilia.
