Item description

Otto Koch charcoal drawing Signed and Dated 1944 Framed, matted, but no glass cover Frame measures 19-inches by 25-inches Picture size is 11-inches by 16-inches I am not an art expert, so this is my opinion: It appears to be a charcoal drawing, and looks to be an original. Could be pencil, but I don't think so. There are some light smudges around the edges that could be from the artists' hand being chalky and rubbing against the outer perimeters of his drawing.
