Vintage U.S. Army khaki dress uniform coat in tropical-weight 10.5 oz wool, dated 1961. This classic service jacket features four gold eagle crest buttons, shoulder epaulets, and a sewn-on 70th Infantry Division ?Trailblazers? patch?depicting a white axe, evergreen tree, and snow-capped peak on a red field. The interior is fully lined with original care instructions and is labeled size 37 Extra Long. Marked ?Coat, Man?s Wool Tropical, Shade M-1,? this piece was designed for hot weather wear and likely issued post-Korean War but in the WWII tradition.
