We cannot attest to the accuracy, reliability or helpfulness of guidance. We sell the spaceship as a PUZZLE! ? Inspired by Star Destroyer wooden MDF spaceship puzzle comes disassembled. It was cut on a laser cutter. It is made from "bare" 3mm MDF wood board. It has small parts that may not be suitable for young children. While assembling you may want/need rubber bands or like item to hold pieces in place. It needs glue (glue not included, but any glue i.e., plain ole Elmers will work), in order to stay put together. It is a great puzzle for young and old alike. It can be glued for a "permanent" toy or decor. It can be painted too! The discolorations are "burn marks" from laser cutting. They can be removed by lightly sanding or painting over them or left alone to add character! Laser cutting either melts, burns, vaporizes or is blown away by a jet of gas. Depending on the material, this process can create some potent odors. NOT TO WORRY, the odor dissipates! If you lose, misplace, break, want additional parts (or whatever!) we can help you out! MDF is an engineered wood product made by breaking down hardwood or softwood residues into wood fibers combining it with wax and a resin binder and forming into panels by applying high temperature and pressure.
