On the reverse it is stamped "STERLING". The pin weighs 3.7 grams approximately making it perfect to wear on light weight summer fabrics or throughout the colder seasons. It measures approximately 1 1/4"wide by 1 1/16" tall (32.0mm x 27.5mm). The handmade safety clasp closes securely and works well being of the period and contemporaneous to the antique pin. This lovely deer brooch is in good antique condition with stunning patina consistent with the age and authenticity of the piece.
