The mother Red Panda keeps her cub close to her on a branch in the treetops, and she builds several nests for the two of them to stay close until the cub grows old enough to leave the nest. The scene is embossed on Danish porcelain and hand painted in traditional Copenhagen blue under the glaze. Designed by Allan Therkelsen. Pierced foot for hanging wire.
