This Multi-functional electric dough proofer allows you to independently control the temperature and humidity through an electirc panel. It helps your dough rise and ferment better and more stable without fear of cold and dry conditions, making your bread more delicious. This electric bread proofer can be used not only for fermentation dough but also for making many delicious foods such as yogurt, soft cheese, and butter, as well as keeping your food warm, defrosting meats, etc.
Even more precise temperature control with fine-tuned heating and upgraded sensitive temperature sensor to quickly capture temperature changes. Evenly heated for better fermentation results, the temperature is adjustable from Room Tempeature to 122F(50C) to handle a wide range of recipes with ease. For example, Dough First Rise requires 82F (28C), Dough Second Rise requires 97F (36C), and Yogurt Fermentation requires 108F (the temperature may vary depends on your recipe)
Independent and accurate humidity control and time countdown, humidity control for a range of room humidity % ~ 99%, precise humidity control helps you stick with your recipe and eliminated the need for tedious adjustment, no more dough dry crust. The 0 - 99 hrs timing control respond to the needs of different recipe requirements, you can also set it as long as you want (for the most 99hrs) for continuous work for some recipe such as yogurt fermentation.
Upgraded capacity with now two layers. The internal space of the fermentation proofing box is 16.14L x 12.2W x 11H inches, the internal large capacity unlocks more recipes, you can directly place the baking tray or dough tray, toast mold, and other tools, and replace to the oven after fermentation for better results. Setting temperature, about 40 minutes at 30C, Humidity 70% for the first rise,
About 50 minutes for the second rise at 38C/100F, Humidity 75%.

Yogurt Fermenting
Place the bottle on top of the wire rack, then close the lid and set the temperature to 42C/107F for about 7 hours.

Place a dish or food pan directly on the plate and cover it. Set temperature at 50C/122F
Frozen Meat Thawing
Put the food to be thawed on the plate, and then place the dish directly on the plate, cover it, and set it to 42 degrees for about 15 minutes.
