Viroflay Spinach, or Spinachia oleracea, has very large, smooth, dark green leaves. This annual is a gourmet French heirloom that was developed before 1866. These are very fast growing plants as they mature in 25-50 days.
Viroflay is a very large spinach and will grow 18-24" tall and also grows well in zones 6 to 9. Awesome fit for a salad or even a spinach lasagna
