Published in honor of the 1957 Jamestown 350th anniversary celebration, this pamphlet, issued under the aegis of Tracy W. McGregor Library at the University of Virginia, is one of a series of source books in seventeenth-century Virginia history. A riveting read, this is a reprinting of the contemporary news sheets from London detailing the actual reporting of the events as accurately as 1667/68 media could portray them within their rather limited resources. Never the less, quite the distinctive little book have we here. A marvelous, and quite informative Capture of Tyme!
