It is pre-owned, however, it does not look like it was ever used, although I cannot guarantee that it hasn't. It is dated on the bottom 2007. It does have some light surface scratches on it, probably just from general storage. It is 4.5" from top to bottom, 5" including the cap, 3.5" wide, and about 1.25" thick.
