Popis produktu:
Cette piece de 5 cents du Canada de style historique datee de 1880 represente le portrait du laureat oriente a gauche de la reine Victoria, une representation classique du monarque vue sur les premieres pieces du Dominion. L'inscription latine VICTORIA DEI GRATIA REGINA reflete le lien imperial britannique, se traduisant par "Victoria, par la grace de Dieu, reine". Autour de son portrait se trouve une bordure perlee detaillee et le mot "CANADA" a la base, affirmant l'identite coloniale du jeune Dominion sous le regne de la reine Victoria.
Le revers porte la denomination « 5 CENTS », entoure d?une couronne de feuilles d?erable finement gravee, embleme durable de l'identite nationale du Canada. La date 1880 apparaît bien en evidence sous la denomination, avec un petit timbre d'atelier "H" designant la Heaton Mint basee a Birmingham, qui a frappe des pieces de monnaie pour le Canada au cours du 19eme siecle. La taille compacte et les details royaux de la piece en font une replique fascinante, evoquant les premieres annees de la nation canadienne et la presence symbolique de la domination britannique dans la vie quotidienne.
