It's in good condition and will give someone a long life of music from their digital horn! See my photos of this genuine Casio part from the 1980's. There are some scuffs and marks from previous use, but no major cracks or damage. This one is the type that has a round insert in the center of it, that fits into the opening of the horn. According to info I've read, the Casio models DH-100, DH-200, DH-500, and DH-800 can use this mouthpiece. However, I know for certain that the DH100 and DH200 models will take it for sure, though I've never owned the other models. Thanks for looking! Check out my Store!
