Topics in the original set include Once Upon a Time, Time to Read, Stories and Poems, World and Space, About Animals, The Green Kingdom, How Things Work, About Us, Birthdays and Holidays, Places to Know, Make and Do, Look and Learn, Mathemagic, About Me, and Guide For Parents. Additional annual book topics include Stories of Freedom (1988), People to Know (1989), How We Get Things (1990), I Was Wondering (1991), Pets and Other Animals (1992), and Inventors and Inventions (1993), plus the dictionary. The set is in very good preowned condition. There are some scuff marks and spots on some of the front and back covers and some light yellowing of pages consistent with age. The dictionary was obviously used the most, with some moderate wear to the cover corners. I didn?t find any writing or drawing within the books.
