This handmade solid copper bracelet is formed from seven wire wrap coiled links chained together. Each link is ~1” long and has a slight curve to it such that a smooth circle is formed when the bracelet is closed. The carefully formed hook and eye clasp is set to the side so that the hook will not poke the skin when worn. Bracelet circumference 7” when closed and fits S-M size woman (see custom size variation below) The item pictured is the exact one shipped,ready to ship in 1-2 business days, actual shipping time to most US cities is 2-5 days. Gift box: All jewelry items come in a handmade gift box made from color coordinating cardstock and twine bow. An example gift box is pictured. Size: use flexible tape or a strip of paper to measure the exact length around your arm where you want to wear the bracelet. Add 1/4” – 1/2” for a snug fit or 3/4” – 1” for a comfort fit, or up to 1 1/2 “ for a loose fit. I will adjust the link lengths to achieve as close to the desired bracelet circumference as possible. The link closest to the closure may be a different length than the others to achieve more exact size. Copper - I use natural 100% copper wire to create copper jewelry items. It is not treated with a lacquer or wax. Copper naturally oxidizes over time and develops a patina. Some people love that look and some prefer to keep it shiny. Slow the oxidization process by wiping your copper jewelry with a soft clean cloth before and after each use to keep it clean. You can easily clean oxidized copper jewelry and return it to bright and shiny by soaking it in a mixture of lemon juice and salt for 30-60 seconds, rinse with water, and dry. Try it with a penny. Medical properties: If you do not have metal hypersensitivity, wearing copper bracelets and rings have been known to have healing properties for those suffering from arthritis. For medical use, it is preferable that the jewelry is not coated with a sealing agent so that there is direct contact between copper and skin.
