California Poppies - A photograph by Hazel Rand dated February 1996 I was able to find an article about a 2004 Photo Contest, the 13th Annual Palo Alto Weekly Photo Contest. Honorable Mention, Views Beyond the Peninsula. Hazel Rand was pictured with one of her other photos and the story of how that picture came to be. The article indicated that Hazel Rand is in her 70's (80’s now) and is a retired administrative assistant from Stanford living in Palo Alto. You will note the stamp on the backside of my photo showing the name Hazel Rand with the Palo Alto address. I cannot guarantee the name of the photo, it is not printed on the item. I was only using the name as a description. Very Good condition. It is in a 12 x 15 wood frame that is tight at the corners and has a few small nicks, some stain fade. The photograph measures 8 x 12 Buyer will pay actual shipping cost figured after destination is known.
