This is a September 2000 edition of Heavy Metal Magazine. At the top of the cover it reads "The end of the Teddy Bear series!" and under the title it reads "The mature illustrated fantasy magazine". I don't know anything about this kind of magazine, kind of came across it by accident, and I don't know anything about how to "grade" the condition of old magazines. I can tell you that it's completely intact, all the pages are clean and nice, it shows a little wear but not much, and it looks pretty good overall to me. Asking $2.00 obo.
