The tile mural can be used in many variations as a kitchen backsplash, bathroom tiles or framed as a unique piece of wall art. Each tile is unique and can not be coppied. Plants are natural, dried and well preserved. Spring meadow Collection / Plants: - Ranunculus acris - Trifolium incarnatum - Trifolium pratense - Vicia sativa L. - Galium verum - Lotus corniculatus - Bellis perennis Each tile is 15 x 15 cm / 5,9" x 5.9" and 7 mm / 0,2756" thick. Each set is high 30 cm / 11,80" (two tiles). Sets can be combined and assembled in continuation. Photos show the combination with plain white tiles. Combinations with different single color tiles may look even better. Sensitivity: Grouting and cleaning: The classic glazing process would burn the plants, so the tiles are not glazed, but covered with hard resin top layer. The protective top layer is solid, hard gloss varnish, scratch resistant, but still sensitive to aggressive scratches. For extra protection you will receive each tile protected by a protective foil, which you remove after grouting. Tiles are UV and water resistant. Tiles were home tested with different cleaners. Its safe to use liquid cleaners, including bleach. Base tile is wall tile and was made in Czech Republic. Tiles are good quality, can be layed and grouted or just glued without mid space.
