This printer came from a storage unit. It is very clean and still has plastic stickers around menu parts of the printer. When I plug it in it has an error code that says missing or failed print head. I believe it needs a new print head or just needs to be cleaned. Have not tried to do anything with it. It does have ink with it and I believe they are genuine hp. Selling as is.
