Item description

Jerusalem artichoke, sunroot, sunchoke, Non GMO, Naturally grown tubers in MD. I'm offering 1 lb of mixed Seed Tubers. These delicious roots can be used in all the same ways as potatoes. They have a higher Inulin content than sweet potatoes, so, start small when adding them to your diet. Some of them will arrive sprouting. Plant them IMMEDIATELY after dividing the roots. Curing will only kill the root through rapid dehydration. Local Pick-up is available if you live near S. Baltimore, or, Glen Burnie, MD. PLEASE! If you intend to order multiple sets, or, other items, request a total before paying, and, I will adjust the shipping. Thank you
